"I've loved shopping at Purpose ever since their humble beginnings in Bremerton, and I looooove bringing my friends to Purpose. This review, however, is for their virtual styling in the wake of the Covid. Since hands-on shopping and styling is off the table for many of us now, I decided to give their virtual styling a shot. I've always enjoyed the in-person styling experience at Purpose, and the virtual styling is a great alternative.
After filling out a form to explain my wants/preferences, I received a personalized link in my email that had a video from my stylist (shout-out to Katarina!) explaining the choices and how to mix and match, along with a page of links to the products themselves. I picked out so many winners from the bunch, that I've done virtual styling two more times since then! And, since my stylist is the same gal every time, she's learning what works and doesn't work based off of my feedback.
Ordering is just as easy, and while yes, sometimes things aren't in stock (this is a small business pivoting and adapting to online services, after all), they are super quick to refund differences if items aren't actually available. In-store pickup is free and super easy, and I am so relieved to be able to continue to get styled and stay stylish by the girls at Purpose.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
