Returns

Thank you so much for shopping with us! While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable item you've been waiting for doesn't fit quite right. In that case, follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned:

Policy

If for some reason your Purpose item doesn't work out, please read through this return policy completely. If your items are eligible, head to our Returns Center to enter your order number and submit your return request. We accept returns for a refund that are post-marked within 14 days of your purchase or within 30 days for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
You may drop off your items at any of our store locations or  mail to our Warehouse (a shipping label will be emailed to you upon approval of your return.)
If you are unable to process a request through our  Returns Center,  please contact shop@purposeboutique.com prior to returning or exchanging your items with your name, order number and item(s) being returned. If you ship an item back without first processing a request, your return may only be issued back as store credit. If the item is damaged, washed, worn, altered, or was purchased on-sale, your item may be shipped back to you with no refund or store credit. 
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 1-3 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than gift card), the refund will be issued to your bank.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

Sale Items

Sale items are final. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Lost or Stolen Items

Purpose is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking number shows your package as "delivered" and you believe it to be lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS Here. 

Damaged Package

Purpose is not responsible for packaging that was damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged package, take a look inside to see if any of your items were damaged. If they were, you can file a claim with USPS Here. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@purposeboutique.com.

Exchanges

We accept returns for an exchange that are post-marked within 30 days for exchange. If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, exchanges can take place via in-store or by mail. For an online exchange, submit your request through our Returns Center.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you within 1-3 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For any questions regarding refunds/exchanges, please e-mail shop@purposeboutique.com.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case we don’t receive your returned item.
