Career Stylist
The Career Stylist is a leader on the floor who sets the standard through performance, consistency, and presence while elevating the team through example. This role is designed for those who love styling, have a proven track record of results, and are ready to lead through influence and experience. They lead in sales by setting the example through their personal performance and lift the results of the team through influence, training, and coaching.

Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
The Assistant Store Manager leads alongside the team on the floor, setting the tone through energy, accountability, and support while driving daily performance and customer experience. ASMs are our future Store Managers, taking ownership of the business, leading in personal sales, and lifting the performance of the team through coaching, presence, and consistency. They partner closely with the Store Manager to run the business and develop into the next level of leadership.
Additional Qualifications:
• Previous leadership experience in a fashion retail, sales-driven environment
• Strong personal selling skills with the ability to lead from the floor
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable to goals
• Ownership mindset with readiness to take on increased responsibility in running the business
Store Manager (SM)
The Store Manager owns the full store experience, leading the team and the business with clarity while building a strong culture and driving results through people. Store Managers are player coaches, leading in sales by example while developing the team and setting the standard for performance, energy, and accountability.
Additional Qualifications:
• Proven leadership experience in fashion retail with a strong sales background
• Track record of driving results through both personal selling and team performance
• Ability to develop high-performing teams while owning business outcomes
• Leads from the floor with a player coach mindset, setting the standard in sales and customer experience
Inventory Strategist
The Inventory Strategist ensures our product supports the styling experience by managing inventory with accuracy, organization, and a strategic mindset.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Analytical and able to use data to inform decisions
• Experience in inventory, operations, or merchandising preferred
