Responsibilities: 
  • Ability to Style In-Stores:
    • Trained personal stylist- at Purpose, we all style on the floor! It's the best way to get to know your customer and cater the content and online experience to them. Everything we do at Purpose is through the lens of that personalized styling experience.
    • Meets company expectations of average transactions and sales per hour- excellent sales skills
  • Social Media Stylist + Content Creator: 
    • Create the girlfriend-style shopping experience online (selling products on social and weekly live sales)
      • Contribute to creative marketing ideas and themes for the brand (content creation, general trends, etc)
      • Creating a plan + content for Instagram stories + reels
      • Managing Virtual Styling Sessions or connect customer with a stylist
      • Clear communication + processes with stores to fulfill product orders, in-store pick ups or holds for social customers 
    • Manage all social channels:
      • Monitor social channels 8am-8pm, up to five times a day, up to 7 days a week
      • Engage on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok) to increase following, engagement + brand partnerships
      • Increase customer engagement by spending at least 30 minutes every day commenting on customer, influencer, and other brands' social posts
      • Manage social calendar: (schedule, posting and responding)
      • Work with social influencers to promote the brand
      • Strategize best practices, post ideas and growth (stay consistent but always trying new things!)
      • Analytics- learn tools, monitor online traffic and key metrics, analyze data and bring insights to the Marketing team 
      • Research social media, competitors and online trends
      • Create and manage social media contests
      • Manage IG Story /facebook story themes, schedule, content and upkeep (highlights + instagram TV, changing header photos, etc)
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage Purpose Perks
      • Answering perks questions
      • Extending perks
      • Converting perks to online credit
    • Responding to customer questions or concerns (making it right if a customer has an issue, elevating the problem to Marketing Manager or Store Manager if necessary)
    • Answer questions + assist customers in booking Virtual or Personal Styling Sessions + Purpose Parties
  • Potential for growth: Photoshoot Coordinator:
    • Create the best environment for all participants to create new + exciting marketing ideas
    • Plan out additional creative content for photographer: flat lays, studio shots, anything outside of a regular in-store shoot
    • Work with marketing manager and inventory manager to maintain Flickr/transfer google doc+ weekly product transfers
    • Create + Manage photoshoot agenda to complete assets needed for marketing materials + website
    • Set up + clean up of photoshoots
    • Communicate clearly to videographer/photographer for marketing assets
    • Communicate any changes to inventory manage
Compensation + Details: 
    • Location: Onsite 1-3 days a week in one of our locations (Silverdale, Kirkland, or Tacoma, WA.) Flexibility to do any additional content creation, editing, etc. remotely. Must be able to commute to our Silverdale office at least once a week.
    • Compensation negotiable depending on experience
    • Part to full-time (15-30 hours/week depending on company events and product flow)
    • Hours: Scheduled shifts in-store hours if applicable, 15-25 hours of marketing ops in the office or creating content in-stores, 4 hours flex at home responding to customers. Monitor social channels 8-8pm, up to five times a day, up to 7 days a week
    • Directly reports to marketing manager
