How much is shipping?

$5 flat rate, unless your order is over $100 before tax, the shipping is free!

When should I expect my order to arrive?
Your purchase will usually arrive within 4-6 business days from the purchase date. Upon purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have any questions about your order, e-mail shop@purposeboutique.com .
What forms of payment does Purpose accept online?

Purpose accepts all forms of credit cards and Online Only gift cards. We do not currently offer Afterpay.

Can I use a physical gift card online?

At this time our online system cannot process our store-issued gift cards. However, if you call a store to make a purchase, they can enter your gift card number at checkout. To learn more about Gift Cards, head here.

Online Returns & Exchanges:

Online and phone return policy:
While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable dress you've been waiting for unfortunately just doesn't fit quite right. 

Our customers are our top priority, and we want to make sure you're pleased with your purchase! If for some reason your Purpose item doesn't work out, please email us at shop@purposeboutique.com to let us know. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment for refund. You can also exchange the item within 30 days of receipt! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. If your item has been altered or is missing parts, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet (for wrong or defected orders), please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@purposeboutique.com.

We will exchange any item for a different size if it meets the criteria for a returned item listed above within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, head to our online Returns Center.

Shipping times

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your ordered, returned, or exchanged product to arrive may vary. All of our products are processed and shipped from our locations in Western Washington.

I was just notified that an item I purchased online is sold out. How does this happen?

While we try to update our inventory as soon as we are notified of a purchase or error, we fulfill online orders from all 3 of our retail stores and our Warehouse. Our online shop takes several minutes to update, and sometimes a customer purchases the item in-store before the online system can update the quantity. We understand this is a huge inconvenience and our team will reach out as quickly as possible to refund your item.
