This role supports the Marketing Team in bringing our brand to life across digital platforms, in-store moments, content creation, and community events. You’ll ensure our visuals, voice, and customer experience feel authentically Purpose at every touchpoint.

Engages warmly with customers on social platforms, representing Purpose with a sincere, uplifting voice.

Manages personal styling form submissions and ensures customers are connected to the right Store Manager for a seamless experience.

Tracks communication logs with care, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Partners with internal teams (Inventory, Stores, Marketing) to support accurate product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.

Supports quarterly brand and community events by coordinating RSVPs, guest lists, and print materials that elevate the guest experience.

Uses creativity and initiative during photoshoots — prepping product, steaming clothing, and supporting shoot logistics so the team can capture Purpose-worthy content.

Uploads weekly new product photos to our online platform with accuracy and an eye for beauty.

Maintains and organizes digital content assets (photos, videos, captions) so the marketing team can work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

Provides general admin support that keeps the department running smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation & Details
Job Type: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week)
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Location: Purpose HQ — Silverdale, WA (in-person role)
Schedule: Must be available Wednesdays for weekly marketing meetings
