The HR & Business Admin Job Description

The HR and Business Admin Lead is responsible for finding, hiring, training and supporting team members. Additionally, this individual will be pulling reports, managing calendars, and doing weekly/monthly finance reporting. You are the point person for all company communication, from candidates to our accountant and CEO. You will work closely with our Store Managers and Department leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Finding, hiring, training & supporting team members.
  • Manage onboarding, role reviews, team members growth track
  • Communicate + schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers
  • Manage benefits + separations
  • Policy holder, compliant with law
  • Confidentiality lead for employees
  • Manage multiple reports + meeting prep
  • Schedule meetings + communication

QUALIFICATIONS
  • HR experience (preferable)
  • Business administration experience (preferable)
