I was just notified that an item I purchased online is sold out. How does this happen?

While we try to update our inventory as soon as we are notified of a purchase or error, we fulfill online orders from all 3 of our retail stores and our Warehouse. Our online shop takes several minutes to update, and sometimes a customer purchases the item in-store before the online system can update the quantity. We understand this is a huge inconvenience and our team will reach out as quickly as possible to refund your item.
