Thank you so much for shopping with us! While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable item you've been waiting for doesn't fit quite right. In that case, follow our return policy below for items that need to be exchanged or returned:


If for some reason your Purpose item doesn't work out, please email us at to let us know. We accept returns for a refund that are post-marked within 14 days of your purchase or within 30 days for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.

Please contact prior to returning or exchanging your items with your name, order number and item(s) being returned.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 1-3 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than gift card), the refund will be issued to your bank.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

Sale items are final. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We accept returns for an exchange that are post-marked within 30 days for exchange. If you need to exchange the same item for a different size, exchanges can take place via in-store or by mail. Send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a refund in the form of a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you within 1-3 business days.

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case we don’t receive your returned item.
