IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Updated: For in-store purchases, we offer refunds within 14 days with receipt or exchanges within 30 days with receipt. Sales items are final sale. Your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. But, don't worry you'll love everything!
We do accept checks in both store locations for your convenience! However, if we do find that your check has bounced at the bank, we will unfortunately need to charge you a convenience fee ($12) in addition to the amount that has been declined. We are more than happy to handle this quickly over the phone via credit card (360-813-6040). Or, you can come into either of our store locations (within a week of original contact) to handle with cash or a credit card. We appreciate your understanding!
What's not to love about shopping in your pajamas? Not much! Especially with free shipping! But sometimes your favorite item doesn't quite fit. In that case, we offer to accept returns for refund within 14 days (post-marked) with receipt or within 30 days for exchange. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. HOW IS IT MADE?
We do not carry brands that are known to have unethical practices. We highlight brands that we partner with that are fair trade or committed to holistic empowerment (like our Purpose line!) Also 1% of every sale is donated to heal survivors of sex trafficking and others in need of hope.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders (except shoes)!
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Your purchase will usually arrive within 4-6 business days from the purchase date. Upon purchasing, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have any questions about your order, e-mail email@example.com.
What forms of payment does Purpose accept?
Purpose accepts all forms of credit cards.
Can I use a gift card?
At this time our online system cannot process our store issued gift cards. Please contact a Purpose Associate at 360-813-6040 to make a phone order using a gift card.
ONLINE AND PHONE RETURN POLICY
While we hope that you will love every item you order, we understand that sometimes that adorable dress you've been waiting for unfortunately just doesn't fit quite right.
Our customers are our top priority, and we want to make sure you're pleased with your purchase! If for some reason your Purpose item doesn't work out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment for refund. Or, you can exchange the item within 30 days of receipt! Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed, with tags attached. If your item has been altered or is missing parts, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, a refund will automatically be applied.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet (for wrong or defected orders), please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will exchange any item for a different size if it meets the criteria for a returned item listed above within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the gift giver returns the item in-store within 14 days of receipt, they will receive a refund.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped or given directly to you, you'll receive a credit or gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you (if applicable)
